The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (District) recognizes the Bay Area Air Quality Management District Employees’ Association, Inc. (EA) as the representative of the employees in the Technical/General representation unit and the Professional Employees’ representation unit for all matters of employer-employee relations.

Between Bay Area Air Quality Management District And Bay Area Air Quality Management District Employees’ Association, Inc.

The EA promotes ongoing mutual understanding and agreement between the District and the Association, and addresses issues regarding the terms and conditions of its service to the District, as they may arise.
