Updates to the Employees’ Association’s Constitution and By-Laws were proposed to the General Membership on April 9, 2024. The updates passed with 95% voter approval and were formally adopted on April 26, 2024.
Updates include, but are not limited to:
General formatting
Clarification on Board member duties
Updated expenditure limits previously approved by general membership
Increased Social Committee budget
Additional steward positions to align with the most recent MOU
