EA General Membership Meeting September 15

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Tues. September 15, 12 noon, 7th Floor Board Room
Lunch will be provided.  There will be discussion and a vote on revisions to the by-laws
among other topics.  Members are encouraged to attend to meet the candidates running for the next EA Board.  Revisions to the By-Laws will also be discussed and voted on. Electronic voting will be set up for the By-Laws approval and Board member elections to begin following the meeting.    A copy of the new By-Laws will be emailed to all EA members for review 2 weeks prior to the Sept. 15 meeting.
